Dear valued employees, partners and customers,

This year has been unlike any other year I’ve experienced in my lifetime. As I look at the escalating numbers of COVID-19 cases around the globe, which is currently sitting at just under 500,000 new cases per day, it is apparent to me just how truly blessed we are to be living in ‘The Lucky Country.’

What has become even more evident to me during the Pandemic is that in times of adversity you need a great team to ride the storm. I am immensely grateful for the positive attitude of our team and their determination to support customers to the best of their ability through this challenging period.

Similarly, my admiration and appreciation for the dedication, hard work and sacrifices our vital healthcare workers has grown to new levels during this pandemic. Your dedication to delivering the best possible care for patients under extremely challenging conditions is truly inspiring.

I have also been delighted by the way we and our partners have adapted to adverse and unpredictable conditions. By embracing new technologies, adjusting work routines and simply “rolling up our sleeves” we have been able to push through many obstacles and get the job done.

So, as the year comes to a close and we prepare for 2021 I’d like to pause for a moment and take the time to say thank you for your understanding and continued support during 2020. It is greatly appreciated.

I hope that each and every one of you gets to spend quality time with your loved ones over Christmas, that you stay well and safe and come back refreshed and ready for the challenges of 2021.
