Holiday Trading Hours

Dear Customer,

Pre-Christmas Business Update:

As we approach the festive holiday season, we wanted to take the opportunity to offer an update on our program and to advise you about key dates for our Christmas shutdown.

We will operate with limited trading hours over the coming holiday period.

Our office will close at 3:00pm on Tuesday 24th December and re-open at 8:30am on Thursday 2nd January. A skeleton support team will be in place on Monday 30th and a half day on Tuesday 31st to handle any enquiries or emergencies.

December is our peak period, and we will experience high volumes of orders and possible delays in transport. As a result, we request that large Christmas orders be placed prior to 12:30pm, Monday 16th December. We will resume full service on the Thursday 2nd January 2025.

Important times and dates for general stock orders and dispatches:
• Last Orders: By Monday 12.30pm on 23rd December
• Last Dispatch: Tuesday 24th December (12:30pm)
• Resumption of full service: Thursday 2nd January 2025 (at 8:30am)
