PART A: I would replicate myself and my staff to enable one copy to complete all the documentation, one to run around getting and opening all the sterile supplies and then the last one can hold the hand of our patients and spend time with them. PART B: All in one packs so that time is saved opening multiple packaging. Also custom built trolleys or shelves supplied to store the larger packs in so that they don't get damaged.

PART A: Eco friendly single use instruments. Our day procedure hospital could move from using RMD's to single use instruments entirely. The nurses who spend many labour intensive hours per day processing RMD's could spend more time caring for the patients which would improve the quality of care, patient experience, job satisfaction and potentially outcomes of surgery. PART B: Develop cost effective single use instruments +/- packaging that have a reduced carbon footprint than what is currently on the market.

PART A: Electronic record with more standard data sets so entry of care provided for routine activities can be simplified. State wide/national wide electronic records for easier use with agency/new staff. PART B: Encourage discussion
