PART A: Managers and logistics who listen to the staff on the floor about what products they want and need to function efficiently. This could be custom packs with items that they actually use and not ones chosen for their cost. PART B: Provide custom packs that suit each unit and specialty - which is what you already do!

PART A: We need perioperative leaders who are more transformative and authentic. Good leadership can create a positive work environment, improve the quality of care, and foster innovation and creativity in nursing. A perioperative leader with staff well-being as a focus will most definitely foster nurses in clinical settings to be satisfied with the job and will provide quality, safe, and excellent care. Nurses will feel supported and guided and together promote good health in the community. What we need is good, caring, honest leaders to do our jobs better. PART B: Provide leadership training and education through leadership programs and awareness to perioperative nurses of the importance of good, authentic leaders to have an excellent health care system.
