To be considered eligible for this promotion, entrants must be 18 years or older and work in a healthcare related role in an Australian healthcare facility. Multigate and Acorn staff and direct family members are precluded from entering this competition. Submissions must be made via entry form located on Multigate's webiste. All mandatory information must be provided. The submission form must be received within the promotion period (i.e. Between 8am Monday and 12:00pm Friday).

This promotion will run in repeatable weekly cycle, over a 6 week period. It will commence at 8:00am on Monday 20 January 2025 and conclude 12:00pm Friday XX February 2025. The topic question for the week will be unveiled each Monday and eligible program participants will have until 12:00pm on Friday to submit their entry. Participants can enter as frequently as they like via the submission form located on the Multigate website. This promotion is a game of skill not chance. Each eligible submission received will be reviewed by Multigate and Acorn and the best 3 submissions for the week's topic area will be jointly determined (also referred to as winners). The judges decision is final. No further correspondence will be entered into. The 3 best submissions will be published on the Multigate website (and potentially other digital locations) on following Monday and the winners will be contacted to organise delivery of their thank you gift pack. Multigate and Acorn reserve the right to cancel or modify this promotion at any time, for any reason, without advanced notice.

The top 3 eligible submissions each week will receive a thank you gift pack from Multigate and Acorn valued at over $50, which will contain the following items; a Multigate branded insulated drink bottle, pen, and purse with lollies, an Acorn branded mug and torch, and a box of chocolates. The gift pack is not redeemable for cash. Winners will be contacted by a representative from Multigate or Acorn, and appropriate delivery arranged. The estimated value of total prize pool for 3 winners per week, over 6 week promotion is $900.
